Stuck at 212lbs

Hello new guy here i am 6'2 30 years old 212lbs and 8.7 percent body fat. Been in the gym for 12 years. Graduated high school at 157. I eat great and work out even harder. I am running 2ccs of test cyp a week right now and just stuck at 212lbs. Any advice how to get over this hump?
 
Mostly dont take offence but its probs your diet, stevemi has a great bulking diet he suggested to me, trust me it works great :), try to eat more, if you want to grow eat to grow.
 
well if your stats are accurate seems like you just need to keep clawing away. if you want to bulk gotta be willing to put on some fat to gain muscle mass. do you do a lot of cardio? i would lower that.

add more carbs to your diet especially when you wake up. adding 3 pancakes with honey to your existing breakfast will help
 
No offense taken. I have been thinking about throwing in a high calorie high fat meal at 11 am to give my body time to work it off thru out the day just don't wanna go up in body fat percentage. Do you think that will work or just add to to the problem?
 
How long have you been on this cycle? How long have you been cycling? Have you been blasting and cruising or went straight on and off?
 
Youll probs have to sacrafice some bf% if your looking to bulk, eat some carbs in the morning for sure try getting some good carbs and protein before bed this will keep food going into your system at night keep you from going empty and shrinking at night. N2 Bulk would be great for this right before bed, you could put on some weight this method
 
Haha I am really happy. I've always wanted to hit 220lbs. Sounds stupid but just wanted to. I started with one cc for two weeks and been running 2 ccs for 6 weeks. Will be a total of twelve weeks with the last two back to one cc with a pct starting the week after final pin. I like the pancake and honey idea. Thanks for that and I do just need to carb up more. I mean I already eat and eat and eat lol maybe I need to add some fatty food
 
try adding a great meal or shake right before bed.

you are gonna have to mess around with the cals and ratios and will probably gain some fat along the way but im guessing you can loose that easily if necessary.
