Stubborn Fat Loss!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Whats going on everybody, My Name is Evan, i was hoping to get some good advice and information from you.

First off ill let you know a little bit about me. Ive been weight training for about 4 years now i am a health nut and a excercise fene. I am 6.0' 195 lbs and fluctuate between 11-13% BF. For the life of me i cannot get the body i work for or want. The stubborn fat i have is mostly on my lower back/love handles. Whats weird is my upper abs show and im rock solid all the way down and have V's but cant get passed that no matter what i do how little i eat or how much i excercise and Supps i take & it almost makes me look disproportional ya know and i cant get that chizzled look! My body is extemely resistent to anything from Fat Loss, Muscle Loss, im extremely Stimulant/Supp resistant, Ect. For instance last week i had the stomach flu for 3 days i didnt eat or drink really other then 2 pieces of weat toast and Pedialite i went from 195 .3 lbs to 195.0 lbs so i dnt know if my body is jst at a permanent plateu or what. I went to a weight loss Dr. and he said my type of body fat is the hard type basically meaning it is nearly impossible to lose. He said the only way to do it is Lipo Suction which i would obviously rather avoid. I know i have higher estrogen levels then normal as well as cortosol levels which could also be a cause for the stubborn fat in those areas. So i was planning on doing this regamin for 8 weeks.

Yohimbine HCL = 10 mg 2X per day
Caffeine = 200 mg 2X per day
ALCAR = 2000 mg 2X per day
Green Tea Extract = 500 mg 2X per day
Sesamin = 1500 mg spread throughout the day
CLA = 3000 mg spread throughout the day
PES Erase = 3 caps per day- which is a Strong Anti Estrogen/Cortosol Blocker as well as a test booster

Yohimburn ES = 2 times a day- which is a topical yohimbine for those areas.

I mean other then that im all out of answers other then trying A cutting steroid like Anavar which is expensive and hard to get legit stuff, or taking it to the extreme with DNP. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thnx

Bro don't even think about dnp or lipo just stick around this board and you'll find the help you need to achieve your goals, sounds like maybe you just need to get a solid diet plan and a fresh workout/cardio routine...but like I said just hang around and you'll get lots of responses

Well i agree with you on that one bud i def am attempting to stay away from both of those. I hope so my diet is extremely clean and i rarely intake above 1500-2000 cals a day. I do running, cycling, hiking up mountains, P90X, Insanity, Crossfit, double workouts ECT.
 
Cut off all dairy
Get 3-4 fasted am cardio sessions per week, 40-60mins each.
Proper yohimbine dosing and timing is essential for its effectiveness.
.2mg/kg of body weight.

so your at 88.9kg, so your dose should be 17.7mg/day
Its effectiveness only lasts about 30mins from ingestion. So you should take 7 of the 2.5mg tabs in one dose. Once per day. Best bet would probably be before your fasted am cardio.
you also need to take it on an empty stomach because insulin and yohimbine compete for the same receptors.
Therefore, if insulin levels are high, like after you eat, you will get no benefit what so ever.
Unless your doing ketogenic diet, where insulin is never high, time your dose properly.

and I dont think topical yohimbine does much to be honest. A waste IMO.
And make sure you get yohimbine hcl, not the herbal yohimbe.

I dont have much to say about the other supps. But a solid diet and exercise change up will be great for you.

Well i attempt to stay away from dairy other then maybe having a piece of cheese on a sandwitch a few times a week but mostly i supstitute avacado for cheese. Other then that i use soy for everything. Im already eating only around 1800 clean cals a day if not less on some days and doing on general 3 hour gym seshes 4 days a week and ill usually throw in an intense cardio sesh for the 5th day like hike up a mountain with a bike on my back and ride the fire roads down which is about 3 hours of craziness... Ive done yohimbine hcl before for 4 weeks at 15-20 g ED i lost a little bit but not anything noticable. So im hoping stacking these supps with it will do the trick but im not getting my hopes up!!
 
What take you so long at the gym? Are you and every body part, every day kind of guy?
If so, that needs to stop. Your body needs time to recover or your muscles will never grow, even if your current goal is fat loss, bigger muscles will use more stored energy just to maintain themselves. That translates to more fat used by your own body, while doing nothing.
If you have higher than normal Estrogen levels, cut your soy off too. Soy is high in xenoestrogens. NOt good for anyone in high amounts. I stay away as much as I can because I have higher estrogen too.
Getting shorter gym times and fasted am cardio 3-4 times per week will do you wonders.
I was doing Fasted am cardio, 40mins 3 times a week until it started snowing here again. Believe me, the thought of it sucks ass, but once you do it, you feel AMAZING all day, everyday you do it!
Maybe try ECA with green tea extract as an A substitute. Insted of all the supps listed above. But keep the Erase.
Im loving ECA right now. E=16mg, C=200mg, GTE=600mg all of that 2x/day at 6:45am and 12:30pm. Love it.
 
I usually weight train for about 30-45 min then i go and play b-ball games for generally 45 min to 1 1/2 hours then come back and finish my weight training. Yes my goal is fat loss and i eat very clean but i do not eat alot at all its hard to gain muscle and to pretty much maintain the muscle i have well shredding the fat especially at my calorie defecit. Well that kind of sux because i do eat a good amount of soy im not sure what i can substitute for it seeing as i stay away from dairy aswell water would be pretty nasty in my protein shakes. But ill try it out and see if i have luck. Hopfully the erase will take care of my estrogen problems. The Supps that i listed are a cocktail that a Specialist/Body Builder cooked up for me specifically for stubborn fat it is all jst natutrall stuf that block certain receptors and stuff like that. Ive done tones of ECA stacks but with very little luck works well for about 3 days then my body says by by to that idea.Ive never tried GTE has it worked well for u when stacked with the ECA
 
Im doing the GTE right now in the stack, only been on it for 3 days so we'll see.
Water in protein shakes is something you get used to. I had the same issue, switching from milk to water. Its bad at first, but you learn to deal with it.

If you are really having trouble and need to go the next step to chem's.
Look into MHN (aka. MOHN). very good cutter.
 
Chicken, steak, fish, pork, elk...I can go on for protein sources. Drop the dairy add some lean meats in there. Also look at my thread on dieting, I have in the steroid forum or you should be at to find it in my profile. It will answer a lot of questions and get you on the right track.
 
Get a moment google BPS Combustion reviews. Several good logs and combine it with a pre workout called Craze BOOM let the sweating begin.
