I have the stack heels like that but no butterfly. I had a blonde moment when I bought them, intended for a figure comp in 2002. They are just a bit too hooker for a figure comp, and even then, only if I were a short little thing (which I'm not...).

I got mine at a store that sold stripper clothes (slut shoes like those for fun and not for stripping or competing or anything). The platform is sectioned off and there are pennies in them so they make a shaking change noise when I walk. There are real dollar bills in the plastic across the toes and curled into the acryllic down the heel.

My ex was 6'3 (I'm 5'7) so I could wear them with him but my husband is only 5'10 so I feel weird being taller than him.

It's really not that hard to wear a 6-7" heel if you reguarly wear a 4".
