I know there are some exercises out there that help bring out more stiations in the glutes. I am doing lunges right now at the end of my quad workouts, but i'm wandering if there is anything better. In my last contest I got the to show pretty well, but yet I am still pretty young(19). I guess they come along better with some more muscle maturity, but i'm still wanting to work on them.
