stretching

i dont stretch as much as i used to compared to when i started lifting, i rarely get sore anymore. i just do a quick 1 min stretch. would it be beneficial to stretch more even if you don't feel soreness?
 
I don't stretch, as such, before a workout. I simply start my squats with just the bar for a set of ten and then then do another set with a couple of 5Kg plates for another ten.

I use these two sets to limber up and feel for any kinks, occasionally hold the hole for a few moments. I'll then take another set of five with one plate at each end and usually I'm then warmed up and ready to start ramping the weight.
 
It's a good thing to stretch after a workout, allthough i'm not sure what type of stretches are good for you, however i never strech, 1 because i'm a bit lazy and 2 because i'm not sure what type of streches i should be doing.
