...BEEN STRETCHING THE HELL OUT OF MY CALVES DAILY FOR 15 MINUTES BROKEN UP INTO 3 MINUTE HOLDS AND HAVE NOTICED AMAZING RESULTS IN THE SIZE AND FULLNESS...
 
I heard that stretching too much will cause you to lose strength in that muscle part when you proceed to train in. I can't remember the actual time it was that cause the loss of strength but I think it was over 15 minutes so you should be ok.
 
Ive recently started flexing each muscle after if trained it and continue to do this for all muscles trained up to 30 mins after training. Ive notice A LOT more burn in my muscles. Started doing this at the start of this week and my biceps are still aching from monday so much so I skipped bis this week since the back day on Monday and the flexing session has all but killed em.

Its very interesting since my biceps only hurt when I first started training over 4 months ago and it was nowhere near as bad (nice ;) ) as this.

Did the same thing to the calves and the burn was unbearable almost the next few days :)

i'll have to try that. i can't seem to get my bi's sore, not matter how hard i train them. i get a little sore down in my forearm's where my bicep connects there, but that's it. they feel incredible pumps when i'm training them, but the day after they're not sore. same with lats. my lats hardly ever get sore. i kill those bastards too.
 
Yeah, I flexed em like crazy once I returned to work. lats also as it goes but for some reason I get real bad cramps when tensing my lats... still they ache real bad to... I know flexing was something Arnold recommend... I think I read this somewhere and remembered it this week and so tried it.
