stretching

I was just wondering how everyone stretches. I am doing DC training now and using the extreme stretching techniques.

My question is about off days. Should I stretch everyday? 2 times a day? Only before and after workouts?

I havent researched stretching that much and would like to get some input.
 
I lie Active Isolated stretching developed by Arron Mattes. It helps w/ synchronising the nervous system, and it helps w/ recovery.
