Stretch marks?

What precautions can you take to make sure you don't get them? I don't have any but I'm always nervous that they will show up next cycle. Anyone know?

There are some creams out that are suppose to help at the first signs of tem. I'm already getting them around my underarms where my chest and shoulders meet and I've only done one cycle. I remember the names of the creams, but I use a cocco butter lotion with vitamnie E and it seems to help. They haven't gotten any bigger and I'm still growing.

Coco Butter will do, I go them before I even touched juice I graduated at 190 at age 17 and just by eating a lot more protein lifting harder and resting more in college I got up to 215lbs in 4 months natural I got nasty stretch marks I just see as part of the process of growing!!. Now Coco butter helps the apperance of them they dont look as read they turn white but they are still there

I got them on my damn forearms now.
trying coco, vasoline vit E cream, hemp oil, I'll try freakin' seagull piss to keep these things at bay,

well i know it sounds to girly to some of you but they told me cocoa butter lotion will prevent stretch marks as long as you use it every day.

I got them when I was 19, but since then haven't had any. Just wait til my next bulking cycle though...could be stretch marks waiting to happen.

across my chest, down my arms, across my rear delts and back, inner thights slightly. Tried all the creams with dissapointment.

There isnt a damn thing you can do to prevent them, and once you get them they are permanent. I have quite a few built up over the years, they do fade to white from being red when you first form them. The ones on my inner thigh were so bad that they acutally would bleed. I really believe that your likelyhood to get stretchmarks is genetic dependant.

You can try Retin-A. I slathered the shit on but in the end, only time will cover them up by turning them white. Once they turn white which took many months, they aren't that noticable anymore.

i look at em as battle scars, and sayfuck it. you can tell you've grown. now if your on any kind of bulking cycle, you can apply cocoa butter 2-3 times/day on the soon to be effected areas i.e.pits,inner thighs, chest etc throughout the duration of your cycle and you should be good to go. tanning bed helps as well.

Have to disagree Maldorf.. whilst there isn't anything you can do to get rid of stretch marks once they are there, Vit E will prevent them appearing on most people. The best way, from my experience, is to buy the actual pure Vitamin e oil or caps with oil and break them. Applying the oil directly to the site of where the fast growth is stretching the skin will stop the marks happening. Using Cocoa butter as an addition may be an added bonus and taking a Vit E oraly should help as well. Directly applied Vitamin E oil is used very successfully on pregnant women however most BB's don't care about applying cream to themselves outside of shows.
Hope this helps
Ed
