stress reliever/reducer supps?

are there any sups out there that will help reduce stress? i pretty much go through alot of stress on a daily basis and its taking a toll on my body.

Alcohol and Cannabis (tic). Although over the long term they may add to the problem.

I've had anxiety my whole life, and found nothing that helps. Except these... for the short term at least.
