Strength question?

Fuck!I have to type this whole thread over because fuckin aol
kicked me off and it takes me forever to type.Fuck!Anyway,
I know I am not going to hear the end of it after I ask this
question but right now I dont care.Keep in mind I know everyone
is different and there are a lot of variables when asking a
question like this.I am about to start the following cycle:

Weeks 1-5 d-bol 30 mg/wk
Weeks 1-8 sus 250 mg/wk
Weeks 1-8 deca 200 mg/wk
Weeks 11-13 clomid
Weeks 13,14,17,18 clenbuterol

What kind of strength gains can I expect to gain and keep from
a cycle like this(my first cycle).Considering I train hard,eat right
and get plenty of sleep.Right now I bench about 330@1 but I
would like to hit 400.Any thoughts?
 
I seriously doubt you're going to go from a 330lb bench to 400lbs in 8 weeks on any amount of gear. As a matter of fact you wouldn't want to gain that much strength in such a short period, it has injury written all over it.
 
You'll definatley make good gains bro but, all people are different. Some people make excellent strength gains while others don't. It a lot of genetics in my opinion. BamBam

Really??? hmmm, my cycle is very similar to his (except the sust/decca @ 500/300 for the last 7 weeks) with similar strengths and I just got up 335 3x yesterday. Up from about 315 1-2x before cycle. ...and I just ended WEEK 2! ;)

I'm shootin for 4plates as well. I want to get up 405 by end of cycle. Who knows, we'll see but I train very smart and won't push myself beyond what I can do. You'll know whether it happens or not in about 6-7 weeks. ;)
 
Well this may sound like bs but I saw a kid increase his bench from about 305 to 385 in 6 weeks of dbol. ( thats what he told me he was taking anyway) but as for the gains I did witness them.
