strength loss when off?????????

i know everyone varys but how much is usually loss when you come off? id liked to get a couple of different experiences.....
the reason im asking is becuase im only 185lbs and maxed out on the flat press 405lbs .....just wondering about how much will be lost??? damn im gonna be depressed!!!!!!!:bawling:
 
You won't be benching 400 any more. But if you keep working out hard you won't lose too much, after about 2 months off you should be back up close to 405, then when you cycle again you will shoot up even higher.
 
Size not strength

For me -- I do not loss strength (very little), my biggest problem is size loss - not just water retention, real size losses -- it sucks!

To me I lost strength down sets meaning

instead of 350x10, 350x10, 340x8, etc

it would look like this 350x10, 340x5, etc

My muscular endurance fell of, not my intitial set or max, but than again I did do a stupid thing and went on a diet post cycle.

I used fina and was under the impression it gives some nervous stimulation or something like that for strength, where some juice the water retention adds to strength..
 
I experienced the sames as me2dammit on that my maximum press did not change, but my ability to rep did. When on I would start out with 100lb dumbells and rep 12 now I get 8 to start...my max bench dropped only 10lbs, from 375 to 365.
