Strength Issue

It seems everyone discusses how much weight they kept on after a cycle or at what bodyfat they were able to stay at .. what about strength? Once you're off-cycle, including PCT, is it common to lose a lot of the strength that you had when you were on? If so, what are some ways to deal with it, mentally as well as physically?
 
I've found the same thing as jrc. As long as I keep working hard I lose mass but keep 98-100% of my strength post cycle.
 
My absolute strength stays very close but stamina isn't there, but obviously since you don't have huge amounts of androgens running through your system this is understandable.
