Strength DIET

In around september im going to start the west side program..im looking to put on the most possible strength in 9 weeks...
i will also be training bjj 3 times a week. i dont want to get too fat so i should probably just keep the carbs cleaner. I put on fat and weight very easily..

what im thinking is this...

at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight

enough carbs to have enough energy and always be full..

moderate fat?

Should i pig out at every meal??

is 2 refeeds a week to many??

I will also be going to college so again i dont want to get too fat..

i need help lining up some sort of meal plan..

i could eat probably 10x a day or more if i had to...

i weigh about 160 rite now..ive been down to 150 and ive been over 200 4 monthes ago..so my weight goes up and down ..

supplement wise.. i was gonna go with some cell tech (i kno u hate muscle tech) i have it from a wile ago and i shouldent let it go to waste.. i also have prolab creapure and mass quantities volumex.. should i also use glutamine..

and i will porbably have 2 tbs of flax per day..
