Strength cycle? anyone have a suggestion?

Hi Im tranining for college ball, i came off a cycle a while back, and keep most of the gains, but the strength has been hard to keep, im looking for a really good strength cycle that is gonna produce strength gains that are keepable, i was thinking var and test for like 8 weeks if any of you have a suggestion id appriciate it thank

stats, lifting history, diet etc...
we need to know everything if you want a realistic answer... :coffee:

I'm with him....give us some stats. Almost all gear will give you good strength gains. Also has to do with the way you workout as well. Dbol/testE/deca has always been good to me. How much strength are we talking here? Maybe not do-a-ble in 1 cycle....2cents

dad played pro ball but got cut after a seriosu knee injury takina year to train befor i walk on (AA in progress online)

i play linebacker;/ fullback/ dpending on which of the 2 schools i go to i may become a DE which i have alot of experience as well

im looking to get alot of explosive gains, and lkean hard muscle thats why i dont really like test e and d-bol, and deca conflicts with test times

i play offensive tackle @ college level i plan on running this in a week or 2

1-10 weeks 100 mgs ed test prop
1-4 weeks anadrol 50 mgs ed ( i will bump it up if i need 2 )
1-6 weeks tren acetate 50 mgs ed

i may throw some var in at the end.

i would nt mess wit deca cuz it stays in ya too long. how many cycles have u done ?
r u intrested in gaining wieght or just strength?

...ive seen nothing but hard dense muscle gains off test p /proviron...
have you ran test before?... :coffee:
 
i also played college ball.. the summer before last season i took sustanon 500mg for 14 weeks and dbol 30mgs a week for the first four weeks.. i got bigger faster and way stronger
 
i would def u some test prop. i think adding var would be great.

i would nt go up in wieght too much if u plan on staying a lb. but if ur gonna play de i would go ahead and gain a good 15-25 lbs. i take it ur comin out of high school or r u transfering ?
 
thank you guys for the replys, yes ive cycled befor andi ive never ran anyother test besides prop for fear of bloat and test times...i love the shit after a while i feel like a pin cushin with eod and ed injects i run out of spots to inject as well...i have heard many things on var cycles are they worht it? i can get as much as i need money isnt the issue
 
nah i was just considering it im just stayin open, var sounds very interesting due to the fact it doesnt aromatize, ive heard strength gains and weightgains are very solid and keepable on higher doses, and that fact that it was originally meant for children in the fact its much more gentle on the internals as afar as sides and such go...

What you keep as far as strength gains will come from proper PCT, diet and nutrition. Yeah, you'll lose more stength if any after a cycle of test as compared to Var, as test is a much stronger overall compound, so maybe if you do lose any gains your next time round with Var, it won't seem as bad of a crash.

Var is great for strength with little mass gain, here's a thought.

week 1-8 prop @ whatever dosage you want
1-8 var at 60mg ED
1-8 50mg proviron ED
PCT

You could always extend it if you wanted and use a longer ester, starting the var a little later. That cycle should add some decent lbm and a great gain in strength.
 
thank you guys for the replys i appriciate it very much, big country, yes i am cominout of highschool and going to transfer this spring when camp starts my grades were shitty, and d 1 schools were otuta the question becuase of that, well any bigname one, so i was stuborn and scouts told me to go for my AA then transfer with good grades...i belive i talked to you a while back about my last cycle...

That might be good for an OT -- not the fastest guys on the field -- but for a LB or RB I think less osmotic (water-retaining) substances would be better.
Such as Var, Winny, Tren. I would also just take a minimum dose of test with an AI, like 250mg sust or enanthate per week.

thats sounds liek a good idea, how much arimidex for absolutly no water retention would i need, normalli take .5 ml but i still gain a shit of water, maybe 1 ml? woudl that suffice?

i appriciate all the responses guys
