Well, how long have you been on this cycle? I'm on the same cycle btw..... Maybe it's just too soon? Also, if youre Ectomorphic, like it sounds like you are, you simply need to eat MORE BRO..... I'm Endomorphic, but have some good friends that are Ecto, so I know what works for them.... Some buddies wake up and eat 3 times per night, so 1st thing I'd say is EAT MORE>>>>

how long have u been on? tren a could be giving you the strength and maybe just not giving the prop enough time to actually let you pack on the muscle

Eat man Eat! Math works intake 5000 calories a day burn only 3000 calories = increase of 2000 calories per day that has to go somewhere. If you are doing such and no gains then eat even more. Amino acids, daily vitamin with good amounts of B1, B6 & B12 (Dont OD on these), whey protien, flaxseed oil, eggs, chicken, fish, beef, lamb, goat whatever be every mammals nightmares. If that dont work increase 10000 calories a day. Still dont work then screw it eat pizza, potatoe chips and hotdogs all day and hang out on the couch playing video games and never ever workout. Something will work. Diet (intake) is the answer!!

ive always had a hard time gaining, so this time ive decided to just eat EVERYTHING....i look for the most calorie dense foods i can find, fried chicken is now a staple in my diet....im takin in around 6500-7000 cals a day, and guess what, im growing

Probably something you're not telling us about your diet - post it here. 90% of the time, bodybuilders will inflate reality about their diet, while complaining about results. This has been my experience with many...

diet:

8am 50g whey, 4 weetabix in milk, banana
10am 300g cottage cheese
11am training
12.15pm 100g glucose, 60g whey, bagel
3pm 200g chicken , pasta
6pm another meat and carb meal
10pm 50g whey, p. butter, c.cheese

it changes daily but above is usual. 4500 cal, 300-350g protein
strength well up, by 6-7% increase over two months back but only 2lb heavier in muscle weight than 10 months ago, wtf
if i eat too much more i just get fat.
maybe add anohter compound, use little more gear? only taking 600mg a week, seems little for a 210 man

Bro that diet is lacking. Shakes and cottage cheese are a nice addition to get some extra protein but that won't pack on the lbs. Where's the quality meal before and after training? The closest thing to it is some pasta and chicken 3-4 hours later.

You need more real meals and just more food in general.

Try increasing the amount of chicken and pasta you have.
I think you basically have to up your calories.

That is not much food if you are trying to gain weight. That is an IFBB pro's precontest starvation diet.

Don't worry about the scale, the mirror is a better tool to determine results. If you really must gain weight, do it like Lee Priest, Eat a zillion calories off season, gain 50 pounds and then diet down to get a net gain of 5 pounds. That's a lot of stress to go through to beat the scale...

have you dropped bodyfat? when I"m on tren my weight stays about the same but I loss bodyfat.which is a gain in lbm if my weight stays the same. more real food etc chicken, tuna, steaks always help
