strenght lost

How much have you lost strenght in your off cycle?

I've been off... 9 weeks now. I feel good, but still.. Little motivation problem and i want to go sleep. Perhaps too much training.. Or work..
Friday i'm going to try bench with shirt.
Weight is now about 178 and my target is 530-540 (or will there be some ugly stuff in my pants. :) ).
Only problem is new shirt. I've never try that before.

if you got to a 530-540 bench at 178 that would be incredible, and you should think about competing in powerlifting.

I'm competing. In my country now, but maybe next year somewhere else too.

What do you bench without a shirt?

BTW - You need to practice using the shirt. Don't just throw one on and expect to be superman.

Bench without shirt is about 475-485. I do regular bench in max only few times a year.
Well i've try that shirt before, but i was little bit bigger. Now my weight is lower, so i try again.

That's little bit hard to tell. I training little bit like westside style.

I can tell later more, when i get all moves in english etc.
My english little bit sucks. :(

Good God,,, I am about 250 and I dont know if I could get 400 up or not,,, Way to go man,,, that has to be world class at that weight

Well. Yes it is quite high in my class.
 
Now i've try that.
530 went quite well up. That shirt isn't for me. Too small in chest and i get big presure in my throat. Chest piece raise in my throat. If i take larger shirt, i think problem would be still same. That type of shirt doesn't work for me.

Can you tell us a little bit about the type of cycles you do (what products you prefer, the amount used, number of cycles per year, ect)?

Thanks, but that's not so great. Record is better ja in fall i was lot of better shape.

My cycles changes quite often, but usually 6-8 weeks. But i take 2-3 cycles per year. 8 weeks i take 2.
I usually take deca or winstrol, Omnadren or sustanon or last time testex 250. And also d-bol. Deca goes max 400mg/wk, winstrol 4-5ml/wk. Sustanon/omnadren 1-2ml/week. D-bol 30-40mg/day.. Also before competition prop 3 days.

Next year i try keep my weight under 180 and get that bench record to 575... Few months ago i was 565 conditions, but then my right chest injured little..
