streching and no results...wtf?

Been doing daily stretching for a couple months, mainly for my stiff hams and hips so I can squat better...I do like 2-3 stretch movements a day but I dont feel I getting any loose, still stiff like a rock..wtf? any ideas? does this take a really long time?

She helped me on some hip flexor stretches that really make me feel more comfortable through the hips....

As far as hams go - do stiff db deads last in your routine to help with the tightness......then move to doing them with the balls of the feet elevated.
