This ever happen to anyone ?? I can't get out of bed, have zero appetite ... This shit fuckin sucks and my whole body achy.... How long till I can go back to the weight room??

strep throat usually goes away within a week. unfortunately like you said guys do not stay home and go to the gym anyway, hence why that shit gets spread .. i just got it myself 2 weeks ago and i know where.. the gym for a couple days ran out of towels to clean the machines.. so the nasty fucks wouldn't clean up their nasty sweat, so that is probably how i caught it.

i think missed like 2 days because i realized the symptoms right away and ran a round of anti-biotics so i wasn't contagious after that 24 hours. and then i was back in the gym.
