Blend 6 oz. silken tofu with some cherry sugar-free koolaid mix
cook 1/2 cup oatbran (with water, of course)
mix oatbran and tofu thoroughly in a bowl and eat

Add water to tofu while blending if you want it thinner. It should be a creamy, yet minutely lumpy/gritty texture, pink/red in color. You will definitely remember this...
