Strange question

I have breast feeding wife at home right now and the question is how much mother's milk would you have to drink to have a noticeable effect? I'm assuming breast milk would be very good for you. 2oz., 1 gallon somewhere in between?

LOL.... I just pictured you right beside the little one going at it. I've heard that it doesn't taste very good. It has DHA and ARA which are lipids (long chain fatty acids), Carnitine which is necessary to make use of fatty acids as an energy source, Lactoferrin an iron-binding protein, lysozyme a potent digestive ingredient and immunoglobulins. It's geared towards infants' brain and immune system developement.

Don't really know what noticeable effects your looking for, but I would just drink a protein shake.:p

I better explain a little. My wife's been breast feeding for 3 months and pumping so there is stock pile of milk in the freezer and the little one isn't going to run out any time soon. For that matter she isn't going back to work for another month. So it's a what if question more than anything.
