strange question... is it ILLEGAL to be a trained terrorist?

think about this for a minute... if a person living in america had ties overseas and went on visits etc... or maybe he came from there and was here on a work visa, green card... or whatever...

this person went to terrorist camps and trained as a terrorist, yet hadnt actually done anything except train... is it illegal? would he be jailed or just on the FBI's lists? its legal to be a soldier from another country who moved here, heck i believe almost anyone born and raised in israel has been through training (isnt it a law there?)...

my question... do you have to actually DO SOMETHING (terrorism) to be arrested or is it illegal just to be trained as such?

i know, strange question but i am curious if it is written in the laws somewhere.

if raised and trained in Israel is for protection of the country

not to act as a terrorist. I believe it is forbidden to be trained to perform terrorists acts.

I believe that if the FBI or other agency of the Fed., Gov., would of course arrest them. Interogate them and if they did nothing, they could send them packing home as undesirables. This is legal.

Cancel all visa's to middle eastern people, regardless of there nationality, but only to those who have been here for 5 years or less.

Too damn bad, one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel.
