hey guys just wondering is there a supplement or mineral i might be lacking ?the last year i have really been prone to muscle pull and strains. i strech before working out and during work out.thanks for the help G
potassium is essential...keeps you from cramping, and therefore all the pulls that come with it. Other than that...I don't know...I get em too. Potassium seems to help...adequate hydration is also a must.
yeah i got the same fucking prob its like i cant go over 315 on bench without my chest getting strained on the part right near the connection to the delt in the major pec area. son of a bitch!!!!
