stopper removal of vial

when making home fina how do u take the stoppers off the vials while keeping them sterial when placing the pellets in solution. my kit did not come with these stoppers to place back in vial, can i use wine bottle stoppers? or is there any other way i can do this

The rubber septum is held in place by the thin aluminum cap/ring, its easily torn off with a pair of pliers or even a butter knife. The solution and oil dont need to be sealed, just rip off the top of solution and add peletes. once dissolved do the same for the oil and mix the twi, then inject them(through sterile filter) into the final sealed vial.

only one bottle will be needed crimped for final product.
You will need to rip off aluminum cap on one to put pellets in when mixing solution to separate binder, fillers than the rest can be done (drawn) with syringe's.

thanks guys for the help I also want to make sure that a 4g kit makes about 50ml@73mg/ml correct? what if i want to make a higher doseage per/ml say 100mg/ml can i use the same 4g kit and add another cart of pellets?
