I have just finished my latest cycle. I am currently on clomid therapy and taking clen. I figure I should avoid weight training as this may amplify the catabolic phase. Is this a good idea? (Someone who knows about this please) 
Is it OK to do cardio during the catabolic phase or will this amplify the post-steroid catabolic effect on my heart muscle? I have read that any sort of training helps maintain muscle mass, even if it swimming, running, etc.
