Banned
I would also like to point out that the bill also allocates 42.5 million dollars over the next three years for anti-steroid, not just pro-hormone, propaganda. Likewise, with the heightened awareness toward steroids the DEA may be forced to place steroids on its high priority list. So just because you think OTC steroids are crap and use the "real" stuff doesn't mean this bill won't affect you.
Also, this bill grants the Attorney General overly broad administrative authority to ban any precursor of a banned substance arbitrarily without approval of congress. Taken to its ridiculously logical conclusion one man could hypothetically ban everything containing cholesterol since it can eventually be converted into a banned substance. As an American citizen this kind of power in the hands of one person should greatly concern you.
