when you say "soda not powder!", what do you mean? a liquid form of baking soda? i only know of powder form of baking soda.....

two different things......

baking soda=orange box commonly put in fridge to get rid of smells.

baking powder=usually comes in a round container and is used in making baked goods rise while cooking.

well make sure it says live cultures on it. but actual pro-biotics blends (with 3-5 strains) are better.


you can buy them at any health food store (usually kept refridgerated).

i'm assuming if it says "cultured yogurt" that means it has live cultures....
 
don't know about that, i know the dannon light and fit says it meets the usda req for stating it has live cultures or some shit. switched to enanthate, stopped prop last wednesday, shot 250mg of enanthate sat morning, stomach overall feeling much better, i overate a little tonight with chicken, stuffing, mash'd taters and gravy and got a little reflux, but im farting and burping at least and don't feel like im having a heart attack anymore :)

i usually eat two of the dannon light and fits 60 cal's a piece for a snack or you could say small meal during the day and even that would upset my stomach. the enanthate also is making me feel good, like i remember feeling my first cycle which was enanthate and cyp, i felt so good so much energy, no anxiety.

second cycle prop based was nothing but agony everytime i ate, drank alcohol, and full of anxiety. and that's how this one was going again. gonna switch to omnadren for a minute and then go back to the enanthate when it's gone unless i can get more omna's and see how i feel.

i dropped the npp in the first run cause i thought that's what was fucking me up. if i keep getting better now, i have like 5 bottles of npp, im gonna run it again, probably 1cc of omna and 1cc of npp every 3rd day. time to get a little bigger again.

i do already feel a ton fucking better though pitbull, i'd drop the fucking prop brother. the prop is good and at higher doses of 100mg ed, i was getting insane strength gains, but the higher the dose the worse i felt bro, not a way to live. omna or sust being they hardly cause bloating should be the equivalent of running prop or give similair results i would think, staying hard and lean and getting bigger and stronger. less water retention that is. good luck brother

i also started doing the nexiums at night, 2 hours after eating last, and then not eating at night so it can work, this mind process helps me from eating in middle of the night too which should help me in cutting fat
