stomach reduction vs AAS

Hi guys my wife has me nuts about her losing 20 pounds, for some reason she is a hard loser, so she is considering either stomach reduction or AAS
like anavar, I wonder what could be more effective? thank you.

I am not clear on the question. Did she already lose 20lbs and is looking to get rid of excess skin or is she looking to have surgery/use steroids to help with fat loss?

var doesn't burn fat and surgery is never necessary. my advice is get her on a good workout program she can stick to and have her reduce food (which is the hardest part)
