stomach and back fat

Im in keto... Taking mix between eca-nyc-niacin/synepherine with yohimburn...

I'm dropping the fat no problem everywhere but my stomach and lower back... My stomach is really flat and i have a 31" waist. But there is like a layer of fat that is obstructing my abs, mainly my lower abs when i am not flexing them and of course a little fat on my back... I have no love handles or anything... But it seems like no matter what i do i can't kick this fat even with the yohimburn... I have 2 weeks until i go home for the summer and i have to lose this stomach fat...

What can i do?

By the way my training is a full body workout for 2.5 hours nonstop every 2 days with light cardio during these days and Heavy 45minutes of cardio on days i dont lift. If you were to look at me say with a tank top on, i look like i am about 6-7% bodfay but when the shirt comes off to see stomach i look more like 10%

HELP!!!!

I feel ya dawg - i gots the same thing going on - all you can do is stay patient and keep training, maybe even change up your training routing a little bit, am cardio if you dont already do it, change some things, make sure your diet is in check, and stick with it. Ive talked to a lot of people regarding this issue and consensus seems to be that for some individuals, mostly men, that its more of a time related issue, meaning it will take more time and effort for those final layers of fat to come off, and a change in training, cardio, diet, from time to time will help you achieve this because our bodies are the best at adapting to what were doing to it and trying to stabilize it, thus a change makes your body keep working and trying to figure things out all the while you continue to make gains.

Hey dude, I got the same problem. The only fat I have is right below my belly button and some on my lower back. All I can say is stick with it and bust your ass getting there. When you completely stall for 2 weeks, take 10 to 21 days off the diet, eat at maintenence, then come back and hit it up until that stubborn fat is fuckin' gone. Good luck man. I wish there was something more specific to reccomend (maybe yohimburn, but I've never tried it) but that's what I've got.

I think my problem is eating when i am asleep... I wake up in the middle of the night and eat constantly without realizing it until the next morning

the first place your body puts on fat is the last place to lose it. give it time, itll burn off.

how much have u lost

how much have u lost and how long did it take, do u have alot of muscles or just normal, no offense, i starting ckd am jsut confused

i lost about 15 lbss prior to ckd, now 5lbs so far on CKD...Uh... i have alot of muscles and in my stomach area too... My abs are really thick.

Hopefully that answered your question

congratulations ...

eating 'constantly' in the middle of the night and going back to sleep will kick your diets ass (well especially if you are trying to burn fat and especially from the hardest area to drop it from ), depending on how much you are eating when you do this and what you are eating, but it's not a good practice to feed your body like that when your metabolism is in slow-motion for sleep ( again at least not for cutting )

some people have thick skin around that area too, if you grab it and feel 'nothing in between that could be just thick skin, if you feel lumps and what not, then it is probably fat.

Yeah that's wheremen sore stubborn fat im afraid
it's so bloody hard to get rid off, sometimes almost imposible

just eat clean and do cardio 5-7 days a week
