stomach aches and protien????

what do you guys do to combat the stomach aches and nasua brought on by high doses of protien?? I started to up my protien to 300 grams yesterday and I am hurting a little, thanks
 
A few guys posted a while back on ginger root. It supposedily helps with digestion. I'm gonna give it a shot when my cycle starts up to help with the high amount of protein and kcals. If i remeber correctly guys talked about taking 500mg with each meal. That might be totally off , definitly do a search.
 
I am glad I saw this post. I have increased my intake to 5,500 Kcals and eat more than 300g of protein daily. I have been feeling nauseated. I figured it was the Dbol taking its toll on my digestive system.

I will try the ginger root too. Its a relief to know the cause now.
