will you show me a layout on what you might eat on cardio days? I think it makes sense to keep EVERYTHING the same while bulking........obviously not the PW shake.......while cutting, I knock off the carbs completely.....wellbilt said:i keeep my diet the same mostly but sometimes lower my carbs on off days or cardio days to keep fat in check right now i have been following a 40-40-20 diet plan that i read about in a book called no mistakes diet its 40%cals from protien 40%cals from carbs and 20 from fat for a 200lb bb thats 300 grams protien 300 grams carbs and 75 grams fat (mostly healthy fats ) this diet plan is suppposed to be good for staying lean while gaining lbm the only problem so far it seems to be working good i started it about 2 weeks agao and my body weight went up slightly and i still have all my abs showing and i have been having good workouts so iam going to keep at it and see where it taks me
That was one long ass sentance..........im outta breath.wellbilt said:i tried cutting carbs to cut and felt that i lost strength and size so i never really cut them out just tighten them up alittle eat cleaner carbs and fewer also i had very good results when cutting a stilll taking my pw shake which is 80 grams dex 40 grams pro and 5 gram glut but that was the most of my daily cars i think carbs are to inportant to cut out completley unless your loooking to loose weight fast its hard to stay on a low carb diet because of limited food choices i will post up my daily diet as soon as i figure out exactly what i ate today igotta think about it and i will post it upa later
