So, you know that feeling when you are On and you never want to leave the gym....or you have an off day or two a week and hate the thought of not going? What do you do? Do your habits change? Eating change? I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about when you are off?

Yuo.....if I didn't get a rep I'd f-ing goes ball-out on the next set...now it's like, I'm cutting, I'm fragile, I better rest.......

The feeling is nice and good. But you have to be strong enough to control those emotions with your brain. Use your intelligence and not your heart. Have a good nutritional and workout plan and follow it religiously. That's the best way.

I've been "on" so long I don't know what the meaning of "off" is.

There's nothing worse than being unsatisfied with a workout and then thinking you could have done something better....

i know how you feel jkruzs i LOVE TO TRAINH look foward to it most of the time but too much of anything is never good ya know during my last cycle of var in the begining of the summer i was in the gym like 5-6 days a week i just had to be there and then towards the end of the cycle i was unable to get to the gym as much like 3-4 days a week because of going away and what not anyway my point is i noticed significant gains during this period and came to the conclusion that even though i was taking 40 mg var i was still overtraining so now iam off and i have reduced my time in the gym to 4 days maybe 5 still holding 95 % of my gains from cycle one thing you can do when you want to go to the3 gym and train is go and do some cardio (i know its not the same but i seem to usually get pumped up from cardio)we just need to control ourselves because sometime more is not better hope this helps ya bro iknow how you feel

i keeep my diet the same mostly but sometimes lower my carbs on off days or cardio days to keep fat in check right now i have been following a 40-40-20 diet plan that i read about in a book called no mistakes diet its 40%cals from protien 40%cals from carbs and 20 from fat for a 200lb bb thats 300 grams protien 300 grams carbs and 75 grams fat (mostly healthy fats ) this diet plan is suppposed to be good for staying lean while gaining lbm the only problem so far it seems to be working good i started it about 2 weeks agao and my body weight went up slightly and i still have all my abs showing and i have been having good workouts so iam going to keep at it and see where it taks me

will you show me a layout on what you might eat on cardio days? I think it makes sense to keep EVERYTHING the same while bulking........obviously not the PW shake.......while cutting, I knock off the carbs completely.....

Cardio day today and I'll still have my oats 1.5hrs before I hit it.......

i tried cutting carbs to cut and felt that i lost strength and size so i never really cut them out just tighten them up alittle eat cleaner carbs and fewer also i had very good results when cutting a stilll taking my pw shake which is 80 grams dex 40 grams pro and 5 gram glut but that was the most of my daily cars i think carbs are to inportant to cut out completley unless your loooking to loose weight fast its hard to stay on a low carb diet because of limited food choices i will post up my daily diet as soon as i figure out exactly what i ate today igotta think about it and i will post it upa later

lmfao i know iam not the best a typing this stuf out not sure what to say .i have breakfast at 7am which consists of oat meal cottage cheese with pinapple and a protien shake some times i will have whole weat toast instead of oatmeal or cream of wheat ,at 10 am i have 3-4 hardboiled egs (i half a yolk for every 3)and some cottage cheese and i granola bar ,my lunch is at 12am which is usually steak, pork or chicken (all meats are the leanest cuts possible so xs fat is really not a problem)with brown ricesome black beans or maybe a yam or some babby lettuce(i usually have an apple 1 hour before lunch)at 200 pm i have another granola bar(i like nature valley there are 2 in a pack so i have 1 at 10 and 1 at 2)either 3-4 eggs whites and some cottage or bolth and some homemade trailmix ,at 400 pm iahe the ret of my lunch(i make 2 serivings the night before eat half at 12 and half at 4 at 600 pm i go to the gym (sometimes i will have a bannana or ad apple before i go some times a shake with oatmeal depens on how i feel)pw shake consist of 40 grm pro 80 grm dex and 5-10 glut sometime creatine i like to cycle it .one hour after pws i have some sort of protien and small amount of carbs and i will have a nightime shake before bed ,i know this probably doesent seem like alot but iam probably missing something i have 2-3 pieces oif fruit throught the day and eat lots of nuts and beans i make a trialmix which is dried fruit some soynuts some wasabi peas and some nuts and i will eat throught the day at work i keep beef jerkey at home and often have one or 2 pieces at night i will also usually have some low carb yogurt someitme throught the day i an sure iam forgetting something .ieat like this most of the time except on the weekens sometimes when i will just gorge out (gotta do it sometimes)i hope this helps ya bro what does your diet look like just thought nof something else the cottage cheese is low fat or like 4% milk fat and i usually try to eat protiens and carbs or fat and protien i dont like to eat bolt at the same time (granted u need some fat with your meal for digestion but if iam eating mad almonds iam not going to have a bowl of oatmeal 2 ) i hope this all makes sense and doesent come off as a big runon senstence like my last post
