me and my buddy took one pill each at 8:45. By 9:15 we felt a burst of energy. It was a good energy rush without a racing heart, the jitters, or the nervousness ephedra gives. It's 4:30 now and I still feel good. It also helps with suppressing the appetite for those dieting. Could only finish half my chicken sandwich instead of the usual whole. Good stuff.

I've found with allot of things I have taken, they are less effective the 2nd and then again on the 3rd use. Howz it fare?
