no. i wouldn't sue over a couple of weeks of discomfort. my dentist is human- he makes mistakes and i'm not scarred.

i might ask him for a discount though.

I personally am not fond of the dentist, if that happend to me I would be traumatized. But if you are ok with it that's fine. Strong soul.

well i didn't feel it happen because i was numb, he gave me pain killers, and i've had some seriously physically painful events in the last few years. having my tongue drilled isn't in the top 3.
