still sore after 1st inject...

broz...whats up...im still extremely sore in the arse...and tomorrow im supposed to do chest and tris...whats the deal what should i do...heres what my split is...

When did you inject, what did you inject? It's not uncommon to have soreness for a few days after shots, I wouldn't change anything because of it...
