You got a small frame and natural lean-ness so dont worry if you carry 190-200lbs you will look jacked. A couple years and 3-4 more cycles and you will be there.

No, I dont brag about how much I can lift in fag exercises like you. I stick to bench, deadlifts and sqauts when I compare strength.

Deadlifts

Bench Press
Barbell Row
Milk and lots of food
Military press

Stay on this cycle for 5 years, save juice for when you actually need it, and you'll like the results.
