Still no strength gains

Hello folks,

I am in the mid of my 4.th week of my first Test -E cycle, I put on some bulk but I still cannot see ant strength gains. Im for 10 years into this sport so I dont expect sensational gains but my bench is the same as before. Is it because Test-E acts slowly or might it be that I stopped creatine before AAS and now my strength gains from Test compensate the strength loss from stopping creatine?

How are you training? Progressive overload? Do you follow a set program with a progression or do you just "wing it"?

Are you eating enough?
 
Yes I am eating enough only my protein shakes are 120 g of prot. I am 95 kg heavy, an I am eating more than 2 g prot / kg i think, i got bulky so the eating cannot be the problem
 
I would wait a little longer before worrying. Are your balls shrinking?

u need carbs to grow man. carbs make u strong. eatting all that protein with not enough carbs is a huge waste. a good analogy would be having a shitload of building supplies without any workers to actually build anything

Post your cycle (everything that you are taking and dosage), diet and macros. I hope you're not taking in 120g protein all at once.
 
So here we go:
500 mg Test E weekly
0,5 mg Arimedex EOD
I started HCG this week (500 UI/ week), my balls started to shrink slightly (i think)
Also I am taking Finasteride ( am paranoid about hairloss at 1 mg/day) but I been taking Fina before AAS and had strength gains from creatine etc.
I am not taking 120 g protein in one dose, I take them in 3 doses.

Diet and macros? Post food intake and time of day and what your total macros are.
And you need 2g / lb, not kg. You should be taking in min 350g protein a day.
