still having blood pressure issues

I'm 4 1/2 weeks into my pct , and I'm still having bp problems. Yesterday it was 188/108. I check it every day with one of those automatic bp machines you can but at the pharmacy. Has anyone had their blood pressure go up after coming off of a cycle?

are you retaining water? that will cause high bp. try to get a scrip for some bp pills. something with a diuretic in it.

You may want to double check it somewhere else. If it continues to stay that high better see a doctor. Thats pretty high and for long periods could cause you some serious damage.

hey guys, I went to the doctor about 5 weeks ago for my bp, and he gave me a script for Lotrel 10/20. It helped a littel bit, but for the most part it has gotton a little worse over the past couple weeks, and I'm not running any gear, just proviron 50mg/day, clomid 50mg/day, nolva 20mg/day, and adex .5mg/day. Before that I was using hcg and hmg with aromasin, but the aromasin wasn't working at 12.5mg/day, so I swithced to adex. I've got an appt. on Monday afternoon to see my doc again. I just have to get this under control before I consider going back on in 4-6 weeks.

Those machines arent accurate at all at the pharmacy. Have you not gotten it checked prior to now? Were you taking EQ? A high RBC count will cause high blood pressure as well. 81mg asprin will help lower your RBC. Either way go to a dr. and get that checked out ASAP. just missed that post. Did your last cycle have EQ in it?

Dude TAKE 25MG AROMASIN it will eliminate your BP overnight. 12.5mg is not enough, 25mg will rape it. Forget about Nolva and proviron or clomid

25mg of Aromasin or even 38mg of aromasin will destroy your BP.

Reason why you get High BP is cuz elevated estrogen levels which causes High Water Retention and Water Retention will cause Increase in blood pressure.

So what you need is to increase your Anti Estrogen specifically Aromasin or Femara. Forget about Arimidex, and nolva and clomid they are all too weak.

Also, Dont take BP medication, you dont want to screw yourself up taking a BP medication that will cause more damage with their side effects. You know what causes your BP, so why dont you go solve it instead of asking a doctor who doesnt know what causes it. Increase your Aromasin.

try 500mg of magnesium oxide at noon and 500mg of it at 8pm, every day.
Also use 100mg of B-6 at noon and 100mg of it at 8pm, every day.

I'm not taking the clomid, nolva, and proviron for my bp, I'm in the middle of my pct. The reason i swithced from aromasin to adex, was that i was getting gyno from the hcg i was running during the beginning of my pct. I'm not running the hcg any more, so I don't think estrogen is the problem. I see your logic bro, and my doc knows everything about my gear usage and history. So , i'm gong to let him make the recommendation tomorrow. I'll mention switching back to aromasin and upping the dose, or swithcing to letro, which I know will work quickly. Letro is the only ai that my body really responds to fast. I'll maybe see if my doc can check my estrogen level tomorrow, thanks for the advice bro, I"m glad there are members who like to share their advice and opinions as some of you do.

I already take b6 at 50mg every morning, and at night, but what does magnesium oxide do? I'm guessing this can be bought at any local supplement store.

Not sure why the only BP meds people are reccomending are duretics. If high Estrogen levels caused stage II hypertension then I'd be dead by now considering my body produces more than any of you guys are aromatizing.

I dont think estrogen levels alone cause pressures this high.

I'd consider getting on some lasix or some diuretic and piss yourself back to normal BP. ALSO GO GIVE A UNIT OF BLOOD. If all is not well two weeks later, you need BP meds.

Also,If you're not drinking a gallon of water or more per day, and pissing like a Russian race horse, all day. That water is bloatin' you up bigger than Dolly Parton's ITI'S. :stilleto:

i take diovan (sp?) doesnt give me any sides but gets my BP down nicely and its well under control now used to be 168/89.

I agree that potassium and magnesium may help your blood pressure. I generally don't advocate that because when I use potassium chloride powder orally (the same chemical which stops your heart in lethal injection) my hands sometime tingle as if it is too potent

This may work for you , but I'd be careful with this one
