Stevia and migraine

I get them when I am leaning out and not eating enough or enough carbs. Never tried Stevia. Being a guy I can eat stuff that tastes like crap. Its a gift.

Lol... Yes it is! I used to be that way. I need to wean off the fake sweetener. It's gotten a little ridiculous!
 
I use it in my oatmeal but have never had any issues... Although I think I would welcome a migraine if it would take away from the wretchedness of the five cups of egg whites I am trying to choke down daily with it...

Hahaha this made me chuckle!! I also drink egg whites Am only for easyness don't bother me now but when I first started erggg lol.

I think I just dry heaved! Yuck! Anybody tried MuscleEgg whites? They have chocolate and Carmel flavored.....now that is more my speed.
 
I don't have time to cook, so it's either egg whites or shakes and bars ALL day... What can I say? I like a little variation in my life... No matter how gross it might be! Lol
 
And for me it's only morning before work to save time lol. Can't say I've even heard of muscle eggs lol

think they are 130 cal and 26g protein for 1 cup. thinking of getting the chocolate stuff to make protein brownies out of. have to get my chocolate fix or ill binge.
 
No problems with Stevia. I use a tsp in my morning espresso and one tbs in each of my protein shakes each day. I only use Stevita brand though, so perhaps the migraine trigger could be due to some additives or impurities in other brands. SG if you suffer recurring migraine you should buy some pure pharmaceutical grade magnesium glycinate. I use purebulk.com for pharma grade stuff. oral mag is not well absorbed so you need a formulation with exceptionally good bioavailability. 400mg a day of elemental magnesium (2200mg mag glycinate) completely stopped my migraines.
