Steve help me sleep better on cycle!!

this thread is to help guys sleep better on cycle, I will help you..its disturbing to read how many of you have sleeping issues.

you need to wake the hell up and get your lives under control. sleep is the #1 thing for a bodybuilder and taking drugs/pills to help you sleep is addictive and its definately not the long term solution.


1. what you are putting in your body whether it be AAS (lower your damn dosages) , food (eating too late, eating unhealthy), drinks (alcohol can fuck up your sleep, CAFFEINE HELLO??!!)
2. blood pressure... even if you think your blood pressure is fine i guarantee that it may not be
3. your bed, your pillow, your room, having a tv in your room, reading in your room. there are many no-no's you shouldn't do in your room. your bedroom should be for sex and sleep.. THATS IT!! spend some money on decent sheets, bedding, pillows, mattresses.. you spend 8 hours a night in your room everyday. so invest in it!
4. worst case go with N2sleep or a natural herb. but even that should NOT be taken for long periods of times.. it even says it on the bottle.

its obvious but there are too many guys complaining about sleeping problems lately so to them its not obvious.. they are doing too many things wrong and its gonna catch up to them bigtime.

sleep is crucial to bodybuilding
 
Lol. That makes two votes for Benadryl or Ambien. About the only two sure fire ones for me.

Exactly. I guess alot you guys over the years have impressed upon me that if you want to grow you have to sleep well. That means dealing with the actual problem. Ie: high bp etc. Not just medicating the symptom. That's just masking the much bigger issue imo.
