steroids legal in UK?

dont know if what i hear is true but a breith freind of mine told me that there is a loop hole in british law that staits that as long as you pay your vat on import they cant touch you for selling and as for the feds i know a few who use the same sorce as me fucking twats bet they get a discount for not busting him

If I was a Police Officer, I'd love nothing better than to catch some guy with steroids. I confiscate his gear.....and use it myself!!!!!

Hmmm interesting. Ive always assumed that AAS are prescription only and if the package was checked by customs they would sieze it regardless. Ive tried researching the laws but get conflicting info everywhere i go.

Depends on quantity

If you are getting a cycle then why not just get domestic then no customs

I dont know a dealer mate, and i dont really want to go up to a 'big' guy at the gym and ask him about it... id feel like a bell-end. Anyway ive decided to spend a lot more time around here before i even think about it. Before i came here i thought popping a few pills was the way forward. Boy was i wrong

I was just reading around and stumbled on this web page:
http://www.drugscope.org.uk/druginf...s.asp?file=\wip\11\1\1\anabolic_steroids.html

One paragraph of particular interest is this one:
"Anabolic steroids are Prescription Only drugs under the Medicines Act. They can only be sold by a pharmacist on the presentation of a doctor's prescription. Anabolic steroids are also class C drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act. It is not an offence to possess anabolic steroids for personal use, unless they are counterfeit. It is an offence to supply them. Therefore police tend to arrest for steroid possession only if they can prove the drugs are counterfeit (and therefore not prescribed by a doctor). A small number of arrests and convictions are made on this basis each year."

It's basically saying that it's fine to possess your aas unless you've been scammed in which case it is illegal to possess.

Bear in mind that that page wasn't connected with any legal body and so may simply be someone's misinterpretation of the law. Very funny, though, the idea that you could get done just because you'd been scammed or the police getting pissed off because they couldn't touch you as your drugs were genuine.

On what grounds they'd actually prosecute is beyond my comprehension. "Yes, m'lud, he's guilty because he thought these Tic Tacs were winnies"
