What's your opinion on steroid usage in animals we eat? I'm talking about cows, pigs and chickens... but hey, whatever floats your boat (some people apparently like horsemeat
)
What are the most common steroids used on cows and chickens?
What's myth and what's fact? Is chicken meat really full of estrogens? Can any of the steroids that cows get really transfer to humans? Would the fact that the meat is frozen, cooked, and digested not destroy any remaining compounds? It's not like we can just suck some cypionate out of a syringe and get buff...
Essentially, what I'm asking is: Do we have anything to worry about?
