If you took tren and deca together, recovery might be longer than that. Are you doing any pct?

Generally the rule of thumb is take as long off as you were on, did you run PCT?

In general, it's time on = time off

I suggest: time on = time off + 2 weeks (4 is optimal)

maybe take a rest for 10 weeks !

Time on + PCT = Time off, But in reality, get your blood work done sometime after cycle and as long as your levels are back to normal your good to go. So it could be shorter or longer, thats just a general rule of thumb.

or 1 or 2 cycles in the year?
the professionnal takes steroids without off cycles?

Time=Time Off. Keep in mind PCT should count as time on though. Tren and Deca huh? You may wanna try an agressive 4 week PCT. Nice to see you did your home work.
