my PT said that juice cause ur muscles to take/need (whatever the scientiffic term is)..... more calcium in your muscles...
thus it takes it from your bones. soo much so that he saw a huge juice head break his leg with out any contac (just jolting from left to right)t, just because the muscles were so strong and bones so weak
