steroids at 19 years old?

rayzor

New member
Im 19 years old and looking to take testosterone enanthate 500 mg/week for 10 weeks and run some dbol the first 4 weeks (20 mg/day). I havent bought the stuff yet and im wondering is it really going to hurt me badly in the long run? its half a gram once a week and i understand they are extremely powerful but im wondering how detrimental is it going to be for me? shouldnt i be able to recover from most of the side effects and such? should i really be worried about growth stunting and such?

id really appreciate some help because i really want to do a cycle but on the other hand i dont want to fuck my body up in irreversible ways.

thanks in advance guys.

personally i think you are to young.. i think you haven't met your maximum results yet. why do you want to juice at your age when u have plenty of test in you already. i think if u change up your diet/exersize routine that will help tremendously, just my .02

alot of friends are doing it with great results and not really any bad side effects other than the small balls and a little acne but after they got off the acne went down and the balls came back. a few of the idiots didnt do any PCT and theyre still kickin alright. it just seems like a wonder drug thats made out to be much worse for you than it actually is if you do a low dose cycle with PCT and regulate the shit.

"if all of your friends jumped off of a bridge, would you do it too?" Ever heard that before. Like innocent said, your body is already producing enough test to grow like crazy. All you have to do is change your diet and exercise routine to unlock your body's potential. It absolutely can stunt your growth and even with proper pct, your natural test levels may never return to their previous level. This will in turn probably reduce your body's max natural potential, which is very important to holding on the muscle you gain when you are off. There's no such thing as a wonder drug, everything has a price. It can also be very psychologically addictive.

I started at 19 and do not regret it. I knew exactly what I wanted though and knew I had to do this sooner or later. I'd stopped growing by age 16, so my short stature isn't due to roids. Then again, I'm far from the average penguin, so I wouldn't recommend it bro, train natty for a while longer if you can. If you can't just check with us again to make sure you do it right.

Well I am sure you will hear a lot of people telling you that you are to young which may be true. I personally can't say that because I started at 19 and don't regret a single bit of it, in the end the choice is yours. How long have you been training ? Have you stopped making gains naturally ? How is your diet ? AAS are not wonder drugs, they help and the sides can be minimalized when used in moderation with the proper precautions taken but there is no way to tell you what type of sides you will encounter (if any). That is the chance you must be willing to take when puting anything into your body. The only advice I will give to you is to research your ass off and make sure you know EXACTLY what you are taking before you get into it. E-mail me any time if you have questions and I'll do my best to answer them for you

So speaketh da man! Its easier for guys, but when women come on the ladies' board and want to know about steroid use, we always start w/ what are your goals & what are your diet & training schedules now? If you decide to take the cycle route, make sure your diet & training are tight & consistent if you want to get the best results out of the cycle. And then, make sure your understanding of the pharmaceuticals both in their use & abuse is complete so you can "plan your cycle, cycle your plan".

Ask LOTS of questions if you have them.

yeah ive been researching my ass off for the past month, been working out intensively for a couple years. right now im pretty plateaud and really want to get some good gains in before the upcoming rugby season in february. i hear older people always telling us younger ones that we shouldnt even consider it for another 4 years but i havent heard of a single testimony where someone regrets doing it at the age of 19. im just under 6 feet and i may grow another inch or two but i really have no idea.

keep the input coming guys, i really appreciate it since this is not a light decision im making.

Stick to being natural, wait for at least 10 years...do some training, get your diet dialed in, cycle some good supplements (creatine, glutamine (AF STORE), Protein etc..) and stay on track and you'll see the results come in. Let me put it this way, if you just start eating 2g protein per LB. of bodyweight in a matter of weeks you'll start seeing gains in the gym.

Rayzor I just wrote a reply to your other post, but I will add on here. I did a few cycles at your age and the gains were nice and everybody notices the improvement. So I understand the need. But I didn't know jack about proper training, nutrition, or supplements. But when I came off the results faded away. Your body is still producing alot of natural test and when your on your body shuts down. Its not worth it at your age. I know now that if I had followed proper nutrition and training advice my gains would have been much better and they would have stayed. I am now 32 years old and have been on for approx 5 years(on and off) but it doesn't matter how much or what you take if your nutrition is down pat, also if you are overtraining your screwed. Even the pros will tell you that no matter what worry about your diet first and listen to your body, then of course the cycles will work. I change my workouts every 4 months because even when your on your body still plateaus or just gets used to it. I follow H.I.T method first then switch over to high volume/high reps and my body always responds. Plus if you feel your body isnt responding try taking a week or two off from the gym Trust me I know its hard but your body will welcome the break and when you come back you will start to repond better. Keep the calories up and listen to your body and your gains will probably be more than what you expected. Good luck
