Steroids and the face

When I'm on cycle I notice that my skin is a little thicker and rougher. I also get jaw pumps, and some of my facial muscles have grown which subtly affects my face's appearance.

He got that same big jaw as Tito but his hands are really big and so are his feet. So I come too think Tito is as said born that way.
As said in earlier posts it must be HGH and not steroids that make facial changes of that Iam quite sure anyone who can confirm that?
