hey i am no longer able to use health insurance under my father's policy as i am gonna be 25. i have to start my own, do they test for steroids or anything like that. i guess i am asking can i be mid cycle when i have to start a policy.
Hell no they dont! All you will have to do is fill out a questioniare at most, some dont even have you do that. Ive changed insurance just about every year for the past 10 years and never had any kind of issue.
