I´m not gonna lie. It will take a very long time for your lipid profile to go back to normal, up to a year is not uncommon. Watch your diet, take a garlic supplement (costs near to nothing), get in good fatty acids (flax seed and fish oils), avoid saturated fat, do lots of cardio.
If you really got problems, avoid non aromatizable roids, especially orals at any cost. Stick to test and deca. Get your lipid profile checked, if ít´s really fucked up, you might need serious medication for some time.
