I'm very interested in not just a "steroid" user with diabetes, but more the fact a diagnosed diabetic is able to maintain a healthy lifestyle of fitness, diet, exercise with such a hinderance. Not all diabetics are insulin dependent, but in my opinion, they have the cards stacked against them when trying to achieve and maintain a fit, muscular, lean physique. You always see the "average" person with diabetes being a soft body, slightly to more overweight....and to have to eat and avoid certain foods to maintain a balance of insulin in your system is something I am lucky to not have to worry about.
I'm commenting on this topic to bring up one useful non-prescription supplement anyone can buy and benefit from. Two important things to know is:
1. all the big name brand companies don't sell a pure r-ala....they sell a crap blend that does nothing for you. a total waste of money... and
2. the pure r-ala is heat sensitive: What does this mean? prolongued exposure to heat makes this product less effective, so it should be stored by the manufacturer and end user in refridgeration.
If you need a reputable supplier for this, hit me up. I buy mine for the same price as the garbage and get top notch stuff.
Keep up the good work diabetic bodybuilders. I'm proud of u!
