Steroids and diabetes //// 2nd cycle

Hello all,,,,

Im now 25 Ive done 1 cycle about to start my second cycle I am type 2 diabetic,,, everything went fine for my first cycle just a little increase in blood glucose levels is ok i just increased my insulin; I think maybe becasue of all the food i was eating

I did 600mg sustanon w/ 300mg deca for my first cycle for 10weeks and did a full pct; I wish to increase my 2nd cycle to 1200mg test , 600mg deca

Is 16 weeks to long to be on my 2nd cycle , Or should I just stick with 10/12 weeks?

Im looking for some reassurance :)

PS, I am also taking Citalopram and Olanzapine

i would never recommend a newb run deca for a first cycle. what is your height/weight/bf.. you say you are a diabetic, well to me that means you are overweight. deca is a poor choice for you if this is the case.

if you do insist on running deca keep it 8 weeks only. deca stays in the system a long time.. you do realize running deca 16 weeks is really like running it 21 weeks right? unless you plan on going on HRT at a young age then i suggest you keep your doses moderate and keep it at 8 weeks only

srry for the lack of info,,, btw it is my 2nd cycle,,, i ran the deca for 8 weeks and sust for 10 did full pct,,, my blood sugars were a little high.

How is deca a bad choice to run along side test ( i ran 8 weeks of deca no problems *(w/ adex),,, what do u suggest I run along side Test

It seems to u idk (u call me newb) much im more concerned about the relation to diabetes and doing a heaveier dose

I was looking to do 1200 enanthate,, im not sure if that is too much maybe do 900mg instead maybe run 900 test e for 12 weeks with some thing else

what do u think ?
 
well what were your results like on your deca cycle? obviously you were dissapointed which is why I'm assuming you want to up your dosages. 5 10 and 180 isn't very big, its pretty skinny.

maybe we need to work on your diet and workout first and get that corrected.. this way you don't waste another cycle.

what are your workouts like? sets/reps/splits? list your diet.. be honest.. if you are not honest I cannot help you.

I think there will be an RIP post for you in a few months 1200mg is way too much for a second cycle so is 900mg go back to the drawing board do some serious research speak to a competitive bodybuilder before you kill yourself. If you want some serious advice on what to take, how much and wen post your full stats including your bf and what your diet and training consists of.
 
I wasnt disappointed with my first cycle, shhould i just run the same cycle as my first instead of uppping the dosage

diet ; I have a fantastic diet,,, diabetic diet is one of the healthiest (wholemeal , fish , fresh meat ,fruit , plenty of dairy + whey protien shakes)

I eat alot of noodles+bully beef+marrow fat peas,,,,, homemade rice pudding with artificial sweetners ofc

spaghetti bolognese , chili con carne etc,,,,
 
how did u get diabetes? i'm not an expert in it but i know that poor lifestyle over time can lead to it. not to nitpick but where are your veggies?

also what is your training look like?

and if you weren't dissapointed in your first cycle why do you want to double everything this time around?

i'm still confused as to what your goals are.

I just wanted to up te dosages to see if could gain alot more than just taking 600/300mg ;

the post about me being RIP has put me off doing 1200/600

My doctor says probably had diabetes for a long time since I was a child,,, but i was diagnosed with it 3 years ago and I have it undercontrol now;

diet is very important to me because it has to be hhelathy,,, my diet is no concern in my eyes.

my goal is is putting on some more lean mass, maybe doing 1200/600 is a premature thought , which is why I posted it here for pros like u guys to scrutinise
 
I think anyone with diabetes must pay extra attention to fluctuating blood sugars with the increase in food, exercise, and intensity..
 
I am no expert by far, but it sound like 1200mg is overkill.Everyone suggests with your first cycle around 500mg/ew so stick with the 600/mg.

I would do Test E or C @ 600mg/wk and EQ @ 600mg/wk.

yeah deca is a poor choice for lean mass.

you don't want to list your workouts which is fine. but it seems like you are intent on not listening so i will say a primo/test cycle is probably your best bet. but i'm warning you that if you do not have your weight training up to par GOING INTO this cycle you are gonna waste your money and primo is not cheap.

having your diet up to par is more about when you eat and how you eat. i am a big believer in eating every 2 hours and drinking throughout the day a lot of water. you have 3 meals a day and you are not gonna put on muscle sorry

the good news is primo is not gonna damage you like deca would. had you ran that ridiculous deca cycle you were talking about then it would of been a disaster

I have had a lot of experience dealing with Diabetes,Do you have a blood glucose monitor? If you don't ...GET ONE! High Blood Sugar will hinder your gains,this is triggered by alot of things,stress,overweight,not eating the right food,you should really check what you're eating you will be suprised at the amount of Carbs and sugars in some.

Your diet sounds good bro sorry to scare you with the RIP post but I wanna be competing in over 50's comps you take that much juice and you'll be lucky to compete in over 30's. If I was you I would use test at 600mg week and just throw in a hardner like anavar you will end up with clean gains rather than getting the massive water bloat off deca. I like tren as it helps reduce bf and your gains are clean and hard but tren is for more experienced users. I would recommend any newbie takes only test for the first few cycles and if they can handle it throw in some orals. Just keep reading and asking for advice an you'll be fine. Just monitor your blood sugar a bit more than you usually do to be on the safe side.
