I Tore Rotato Cuff Cant Workout At All
What Do You Suggest I Do For Next 3-6 Months
Im 5 10 235lbs 12-15 % Body Fat Just Loss 5 Pounds From Not Working Out For 2 Weeks I Cant Workout Will Be Doing Intense Therapy

But To Keep Muscle Recuperate Should I Take Gh/deca I Have Access To Any Legal Usa Steroid From My Dr
And I Was Thinking Clen Also Thats The Only Non-usa Thing I Have Access Too
Maybe Do Legs / Cardio I Dont Normally Do Either
Might Be Able To Do An Isolated Curl Movement Concentration Curl
Need Basic 6 Month Cycle To Keep Gains While Not Lifting

I Want To Keep As Much Muscle As Posible During This 3-6 Months Of No Lifting Hardly

ru going to do any physical therapy for that shoulder, or are u going to have surgery done to repair it?
 
dude your kidding me.. lay off the juice and let it heal. Thats crazy to do that 2 your shoulders...besides it should hurt like hell. If need be, get a massage therapist to help clean the tissue from toxins and clear any trigger points that occured during the trauma. in this case you will have trigger points so make sure you got a good therapist cause its gonna hurt if they dont do it right. and from what i herd on the board , i hear decca would work wonders on it..if you must..
 
Some dude on AM ran IGF-1 and Var while healing a torn triceps. His doc said he did 6 months of healing in 2. But I agree with the others, stay away from the upper body work until your doc says its ok. If you do more cardio/legs you should keep the BF under control.
 
Start doing cardio and legs, and abs!!

You have a couple months so use it! Drop the bodyfat get a 6 pack and then when your ready you can get back in and be hard as hell!
