steroid twitch?

I dunno about this one? had a twitch in my lower left eye lid for about 3 weeks. Came off cycle 2 week ago. Like two days ago it stopped and then i got another in my right lat. Its like muscle spasms. Wonderin if this could be anything to do with my cycle considering it was my first? anyone had anythin like this? or is it just one of them things ? cheers

When I go on the stimulants like ECA, I seem to get a little twitch here and there, sometimes my neck will even twitch! Usually that is the sign for me to back down a bit.

are you getting enough sleep? are you dealing with stress? AAS can make the situation worse.

i would focus on getting atleast 10 hours of sleep until the problem goes away.

the body is a very complex thing.. could be a million things.. or basically nothing..

some tips..
hydrate
eat a well balanced diet, not cut/bulk, w/ lots of fruits/veggies
take calcium, mag, zinc

Hard workouts that break the muscle down and dehydration are the main cause of this. When the muscle is worked it is broken down however as it builds itself it becomes stronger .This can develop a slight case of twitching along with inadequate water intake. Now, if it does not go away or continues to get worse then you may have a more serious condition and need to go and see a dr. Just monitor it for now , as it has happened to all of us.

Truly hard to say. I get these from time to time and its often when I'm on nothing.
